To use these forms, simply open any of the files and place your cursor over any of the entry lines in the form. Click on the line and begin typing. To go to the next line in the form simply hit your tab button. All lines in the forms except for signature lines are formatted for you to type in the necessary information. However, this information can not be saved without a full version of Adobe Acrobat. Therefore, once you are finished with the form you must print out all the necessary pages and copies at that time.
